Nhoj's parents had him at a young age, and his mother left him with his father immediately after giving birth. Young Nhoj's father also abandoned him, leaving him with his maternal grandmother and uncles. They lived in a single-room house with ten people. Nhoj was always hungry and lived in fear under the abuse of his uncles. As a child, he couldn’t express himself verbally and stubbornly cried instead. The brutal abuse from his uncles made his grandmother, fearing for his life, seek help, and that’s when care for him began at Kaisa Home. Now in the eighth grade, Nhoj has overcome the dark times of his past and is growing up brightly, free from fear.
