Cassandra is entrusted to the care of her 68-year-old grandmother, who suffers from hypertension and diabetes. Both of her parents have already passed away. Distant relatives took care of her, but they were unable to manage the child properly, so her grandmother decided to take on the responsibility. However, being elderly, her grandmother finds it difficult to work or meet the child's needs. Occasionally, they ask neighbors for food and assistance. Cassandra suffers from a weakened immune system and diseases like bronchial asthma. We hope that she receives the love and attention she deserves, as her grandmother is her only remaining family.
