PLANTING PROJECT

Zambales
1004 Mangotree Planting Project

The project to plant 1,004 mango trees began in 1993 as part of a mission to support indigenous people in the Philippines. Since arriving in the country to start this work, I have planted mango trees alongside church buildings with every new church I helped establish.

Operating a mango farm on land donated in the Zambales region, the project has funded the construction and self-sufficiency of 118 churches to date. Recently, additional land was donated by the Zambales city government, ensuring the continuation of this vital mission.

To date, over 800 mango trees have been planted and are thriving. The profits generated from these trees have helped many orphans and children continue their education. Now, the focus is on planting the remaining 204 trees, and we are seeking intercessory prayer partners and sponsors to support this goal, ensuring that indigenous churches can achieve self-sufficiency.

For a contribution of 100,000 KRW (approximately 10,000 pesos) per tree, you can help a mango tree grow over the course of a year. This investment will directly contribute to enabling 10 children to continue their education up to university level.

So far, the income from the mango trees has supported the education and training of 125 pastors, 5 nurses, 4 accountants, 3 bankers, 1 police officer, 12 construction engineers, and 39 school teachers. The trees continue to grow, and with each year, they generate more opportunities for these communities.

Through this project, you have the opportunity to become a channel of blessings. We kindly ask for your participation in this sacred mission
